1. Are the shoes authentic?
    Shoes are factories custom made. However, they are all made according
    to authentic ones with quality guaranteed. We have excellent reputation
    on the Internet for selling Nike shoes. Buyers are all very satisfied with
    shoes from us.

 2. Are the shoes in the original box?
    All shoes come in the original box with the retro card.

 3. What size do you have?
We have woman US size from 5.5 to 8.5 and man US size from 8 to 13.
note: we also have some Size 14 and 15size.

 4. Do you do retail or wholesale?
    We sell sample shoes as well as bulk purchases. The more you order,
    the lower the price.

 5. Do you have custom shoes?
    Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures.
    We will contact you for further discussions.

 6. How do I place orders?
    You can place your order online, by phone or fax. For online ordering,
    please write to nikewholesusa@yahoo.cn indicate what shoes you want
    with sizes, colors and quantities, preferably with pictures. Further more,
    please check our contact details pages. Once we receive your order, we
    will send you shoes once we get the money.

 7. Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
    Yes, we accept samples orders. Ordering procedures are the same as
    mentioned above. For small order we make little profit. We are looking
    for a long-term business.

 8. How long can I receive my shoes?
    Shoes are shipped within two days after the order and delivery will take
    about one week. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

 9. How the shoes are delivered?
    Usually shoes are sent via air express like EMS¡¢DHL¡¢TNT¡¢UPS

 10. How can I know my order status?
    Once we send the shoes, we will give you a tracking number, with
    which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye
    on your shoes until they reach you. You can check your tracking number     status in the website: http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp      If you are in USA, please visit www.usps.com

 11. How does international Shipping cost?
    Air line shipping cost is more expensive than sea shipping cost.
